K2 Pre-School Academy is managed by an early years teacher who is a highly skilled and experienced practitioner dedicated to providing the very best experiences for children.

Everyone with whom children come into regular contact with at our nursery and pre-school has met our expectations of being ‘qualified’ to provide positive and meaningful interactions with children. As well as having a commitment to finding meaningful ways in which they will contribute to benefiting the children in their care both in their learning and development. More formal qualifications relevant to their role support them in doing this.

A passion and interest in childcare and children’s learning and development can be a good starting point for anyone entering the profession. However seeking to achieve and achieving more formal qualifications should be the goal of anyone working within this environment.
